Friendly staff accommodated our requests promptly.
The heater didn't work on the first night. The room was dirty with cobwebs and there were items left in the fridge. We had to move rooms due to the cold, and the TV didn't work either.

Convenient hotel overall, is has great service and peaceful location close to the mall. There are well furnished rooms with tiled bathrooms. The staff are helpful and I greatly enjoyed their attitude. Thank you for a really nice stay.

I almost left a good review, but the reservation was a total mess & the heater was falling apart! And don't get me started on the noise level-very distracting. I expected a welcome gift for all that trouble, but obviously that was too much to ask! Apparently, guests are just guests here, not royalty.

Family with children best stay ever
The staff was like family they treated us so well, even helped me when I locked myself out of the room. Their kindness, especially when my daughter was running wild.
It wasn't cheap but acceptable for what we got.

One downside was that we had to check in next door, a bit confusing. But overall, we managed just fine.
